Thank you to everyone who attended our latest learning session with Shweta Chhajlani. It was a great learning opportunity and an amazing to keep connecting with other Lean Practitioners.
If you attended the session, or had a chance to watch the recording, we would love to hear what you learned from the session and how you are going to incorporate it into your everyday work.

Hello fellow Lean Practitioners!
For those of you who are new to LPAS I wanted to come on here and introduce myself after taking a few years away to focus on my family. For those that I already know, I look forward to reconnecting and continuing to learn from you!
In 2015, Stewart and I had a wild idea to bring together people from across organizations in the spirit of continuous improvement and Lean, and after some brainstorming and a few "Leany Suppers" (as we liked to called them), LPAS was finally born in the fall of 2016. We knew there was so much knowledge and experience out there and what better way to learn than by sharing with each other across organizations and industries. Stewart and I both had a passion for continuous improvement and learning we couldn't keep to ourselves. Almost 10 years later I am happy to see how a community has come together.
I had to step away from LPAS for a few years, but since returning back to work after a maternity leave in 2024, I started to think more and more about how I might get more involved. I didn't act on it, and the news of Stewart's passing in December hit me hard. I wished I had reached out and been able to work with Stu again on something we created so many years ago. I didn't get the chance, but I hope by getting more involved again, I am honouring his legacy.
Our vision was always about connecting people and I look forward to building new connections and fostering existing ones! If you have a few minutes I would love for you to introduce yourself and let me know what being involved with LPAS has meant to you or what you would like to get out of being a member.
